At SURYA GANTH, we are committed to delivering our traditionally made, cold-pressed oils and natural products in perfect condition right to your doorstep. We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure prompt and secure delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to almost all locations across India. If our courier partners do not serve your particular pincode, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method (such as India Post) or process a full refund.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹700: Free delivery across India.
- Orders below ₹700: A flat shipping charge of ₹50 will be added at checkout.
- All shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed transparently before payment.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- South India: 2–4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days.
- Please note that deliveries may experience slight delays during public holidays or extreme weather events.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You can use this link to check the live transit status of your shipment.
5. Damage & Delivery Discrepancies
Our products are securely packed in heavy-duty packaging. However, in the rare event that your product is damaged or leaks during transit, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package. We will immediately ship a replacement or issue a refund.
